Fresh Market in Chinatown has just about everything. The fruit and vegetable selection is huge and always fresh. They also have cooked food ready to go, a sushi counter, and even a bakery section with lots of options. Really convenient spot if you want a little bit of everything in one place.

Quick stop for chinese groceries! That being said, I love going here to get necessities such as vegetables, meat, rice and hygiene products since it’s fairly cheap and in a convenient location for me. They specialize in Chinese groceries so you can find sauces, frozen dumplings, a variety of snacks, utensils and other goods! *they have a $10 credit card minimum *be patient, the place is usually packed and a lot of elders go here so be CAREFUL!

Best grocery store ever - they have the best prices in Manhattan. I love shopping here because they have everything from peanut butter, great cuts of meat, beautifully fresh zucchini, and my favorite Chinese foods You got to go here - scallion pancakes, 5+ brands of soup dumplings, honey bunches of oats cereal are all of my favorite things

Really fun store to shop in, lots of great and unique items. And beleive it or not, a great place to shop if you're vegan! (check out the canned section and the steam buns, and tofu in about a thousand forms, and 'chicken' flavored ramen, for starters..) Just read the labels carefully, and make sure to have the Google Translate app ready on your phone (the visual real-time translator works really well!). Many items have the ingredients in English, but many don't. The staff don't speak much English, and some of them aren't that friendly, but I'm really glad I found this place! My advice: bring a large bag and get there early, you may want to spend a long time exploring the selection!
